The hosts Martin and Louise were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome during our stay. The Ploughmans Lunch for two was one of the best in England, a true delight for food enthusiasts. The newly converted stable block where the bedrooms are located was clean, comfortable, and had its own bathroom. The spacious car park and extensive gardens with beautiful flowers and roses added to the overall charm of the place. The addition of a "Crazy Golf" putting course was a fun and enjoyable activity for guests.
We felt very welcomed and have no complaints about our stay.

I felt like royalty surrounded by the impeccable decor and enjoyed the convenience of free WiFi throughout my stay. The restaurant and bar were also delightful.
Apparently, having a stable internet connection in my room and a satisfying breakfast are unreasonable expectations.

During my recent stay at a charming country pub, I was pleasantly surprised by the personal attention and kindness of the hosts, Martin and Louise. They truly made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The newly converted stable block where the bedrooms are located was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The gardens were stunning, filled with beautiful flowers and plenty of tables to enjoy the surroundings. The highlight of my stay was definitely the Ploughmans Lunch for two, which I can confidently say is one of the best in England! I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Our recent stay at this country pub was a pleasant one. The hosts, Martin and Louise, were incredibly kind and attentive, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms, located in a separate converted stable block, were comfortable and spotlessly clean. The extensive gardens, filled with beautiful flowers and roses, provided a lovely setting to relax. the continental breakfast provided in the room, including cereals, toast, biscuits, and fruit.
While our overall experience was positive, there were a few drawbacks to note. the internet connection in the room was poor or non-existent, which posed a problem for those needing to work remotely.

The internet in the room was poor or non-existent, making it difficult for my husband to do any work. However, this minor inconvenience did not overshadow the wonderful stay we had at this lovely pub.

Great value for money, with comfortable and spotless rooms in a quiet location. The staff at this country pub were extremely friendly and accommodating.
The morning meal could be improved with the addition of a full English breakfast.

The room at Kings Head was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely tea and coffee maker for that much-needed morning boost. The heating kept us warm and toasty during our stay, making it feel like a home away from home. The private bathroom was clean and modern, complete with a refreshing shower and a hairdryer for convenience. And let's not forget the flat-screen TV in every room, perfect for relaxing evenings in.
Personally, I found the bed linen to be a bit scratchy, but hey, it's just my personal preference. Others might still find it perfectly comfortable.

Lovely garden, great food and drinks at the restaurant and bar, and the free WiFi actually worked. RAF Mildenhall airport was conveniently close, in case I wanted to escape this place.
Who needs a Full English Breakfast anyway? Continental breakfast in the room with a smelly thermos and cling film-wrapped toast is the pinnacle of poshness.
